Senior Director of Community Health Center Operations in Pasco, WA

We are looking for someone to join one of the top Federally Qualified Health Centers in the state of Washington as a Senior Director of Community Health Center Operations. We are seeking an individual with strong leadership skills with evidence of intensity, creativity, and the ability to formulate meaningful goals and achieve results as demonstrated by a strong sense of urgency and drive. Under the direction of the CEO, the Senior Director of Community Health Center Operations is responsible for managing the full range of medical services day-to-day operations across all health centers and urgent care. This includes overseeing the front office/customer service and provider medical practice support functions which includes approximately 45 FTEs. The Director of Nursing and Customer Service Manager also report to this position. The person in this position ensures that centers operate cost-effectively, provide outstanding customer service, and health centers are positioned to achieve NCQA patient-centered medical home certification in 2013. The Senior Director is also responsible for budget development and management, operations process improvements, coordination of services, and facilities maintenance. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor?s degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or related field, but a Master?s Degree in Business or Health Care Administration is highly preferred. They must also have at least five years of progressively responsible ambulatory care management experience with specific experience in managing the operations of community health centers being preferred.
